Mitek Europe is seeking a Revenue Operations Accountant for a six-month fixed-term contract to cover maternity leave.
Summary
The Revenue Operations Accountant will have ownership of daily, weekly, and monthly duties across the order to cash function for our European entities, maintaining key SOX controls.
\n- Manage the sales order process for all European entities
- Raise Sales Orders (SO) in NetSuite with correct revenue schedules for newly signed contracts
- Calculate monthly customer transaction usage and maintain tracking for each customer contract status as appropriate
- Perform sales order completeness reconciliation
- Assist with audit requests as required
- Maintain SOX controls, company policies, processes, and procedures
- Other ad hoc duties, as requested
- Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- A high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
- Team player with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving skills and work ethic
- Self-motivated, proactive team player capable of working independently and efficiently managing time and priorities
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance or accounting related subject
- Knowledge, skills and abilities typically gained through 2+ years of experience in order to cash process
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment across regions and functions, as well as working independently
- Experience working with a SaaS or software company
- High proficiency in MS Excel
- Fluency in English
- Experience working for a US publicly listed company
- Previous NetSuite ERP system experience
- An EU language (Dutch, Spanish or French)
