Role Overview
As an SDR at Miter, you will be at the frontline of our sales engine. You will be responsible for absorbing our growing outbound lead volume, building a direct outbound sales motion, and establishing a repeatable, successful SDR process to be followed by future hires. This role offers the opportunity to work with modern, industry-leading HCM products for the Construction industry. We are looking for SDRs in the Eastern Timezone, preferably New York.
Responsibilities
Drive revenue-generating opportunities for Miter through cold outreach.
Develop strategies for sourcing opportunities.
Articulate Miter’s value proposition using the appropriate sales qualification standards
Manage inbound requests and route to the appropriate internal stakeholders.
Own sales activity and monthly opportunity forecasting in Salesforce.
Test and iterate creative outbound campaigns backed by data.
Collaborate with product & engineering teams to incorporate prospect feedback.
Develop repeatable, creative outbound prospecting strategies to generate pipeline.
Qualifications
Proven ability to drive outbound demand and exceed quota selling complex products.
Consistent track record of hitting or exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
Experience in generating 10+ opportunities per month through cold outreach.
High adaptability and understanding of change within the evolution of a startup.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
What We Offer
Our openings span more than one career level. The salary band for this role is $65,000-$85,000 USD base + $30K bonus. The provided salary depends on many factors, such as location, work experience and transferable skills, business needs and impact, and market demands.
