Job Description
- Complete daily tasks from an evolving checklist efficiently and without supervision.
- Conduct research, data entry, email correspondence, social media posting, website testing, and client follow-ups.
- Maintain a daily task log and submit comprehensive reports to the manager.
- Think critically, identify opportunities to create value, and contribute to the company's growth.
- Take ownership of day-to-day operations and demonstrate leadership by supporting team members and implementing solutions to business challenges.
- Provide training to new team members as the company expands.
Qualifications
- Experience in conducting research, data entry, email correspondence, social media posting, website testing, and client follow-ups.
- Experience in training new team members
- Excellent English language skills (reading, writing, speaking).
- Reliable and fast computer with a stable internet connection.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
- Proven track record of contributing value and delivering results.
- Willingness to learn and grow in the role.
- Amenable to work from 11:00PM - 8:00AM, Monday to Friday
