Job Description
- Analyze the business process, design the new, future point of arrival E2E backend systems landscape
- Design Corp Service system POA systems
- Create User stories in close collaboration with our business partners
- Translate business requirements into technical requirements
- Work close together with our development teams and ensure that the developments will be done according to the business partner's needs
- Support the Project Manager on a daily basis, identify project risks and mitigate them
- Coach and challenge our business partners each day, to ensure that we stay in the use of standard software components
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in the Business Analysis field
- Experience in Financial Systems Business Analysis/Development activities
- Skills to solve problems without supervisory.
- Knowledge of SDLC – the role will require drawing IT solutions and Business Processes
- Presentation skills – the role is very often displayed to wider audition; the Analyst is exposed to contact with Business.
- A hands-on approach and creativity, think out of the box
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies (sprints, backlog management etc.)
- A strong digital mindset and experience from working in the Finance and Data area
- A positive and flexible attitude with great collaboration skills
- Excellent communication and writing skills in English
