NeoWork is currently seeking a skilled and experienced Technical Recruiter to join our team. As a Technical Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in attracting, sourcing, and recruiting top talent for our clients.

As a Technical Recruiter, you will work closely with hiring managers and internal teams to understand the requirements of each role and find qualified candidates who possess the necessary skills and experience.

Responsibilities
- Recruiting for both technical and non-technical requisitions at NeoWork
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and qualifications
- Conduct thorough and effective candidate screening and interviews
- Utilize various sourcing techniques to attract and identify qualified candidates
- Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for future positions
- Manage and coordinate the interview process, including scheduling and providing feedback
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires
- Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to effectively target potential candidates
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and job information in our systems
- Provide exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
- 3+ years of experience as a technical recruiter, preferably in the IT, healthcare, fintech, or engineering industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong understanding of technical roles and skills, such as software development and IT infrastructure
- Proven experience in candidate sourcing and screening
- Ability to effectively utilize various sourcing platforms and techniques
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Knowledgeable in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is preferred
- Owned computer or laptop and stable internet connectivity.
- Knowledgeable in Office 360, Google Apps, and client-facing communication.
- The work hours generally align with standard business hours in the US, with some potential flexibility depending on the client's needs.
