This position is responsible for development, communication, service needs for our Clients, and for retaining high-touch, complex accounts through relationship management.

This position is a salaried, exempt and full-time role and will be reporting to the Senior Account Executive. This is a US Hybrid/Remote role, with the option to work from any of Newfront’s offices. #LI-Remote
\n- Independently manage a minimum of twenty five (25) accounts. Anticipate client needs. Drive retention and identify opportunities for up-sell.
- Build strong relationships with primary client contacts. Ensure day to day needs are met.
- Prepare and conduct regular plan reviews with clients. Partner with producer to define agendas; coordinate required materials.
- Collaborate cross functionally to ensure successful execution of client deliverables and target Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Be a team player and contribute to a culture of growth.
- Lead client presentations, understanding the various buyers and personalities in the room to lead the discussion productively, flexing as needed.
- Take ownership for accuracy and completeness of overall client documentation (ex: meeting minutes, amendments, etc). Ensure timeliness.
- Manage client project plans and lead client calls. Coordinate vendor, internal, and client resources to ensure successful operation of retirement plans, including plan amendments, plan operations, and compliance tasks.
- Work with vendors to stay current and strategic regarding services, pricing, capabilities, etc.
- Proactively identify challenges and opportunities for improvement. Develop and implement strategies to optimize team performance and achieve client success
- Collaborate with other Account Executives on improvements to elevate clients' experience by mentoring and coaching Senior Account Managers and Account Managers.
- Other duties and/or responsibilities may be assigned.

- Maintain knowledge of major industry components by reading industry publications and attending conferences.
- Minimum of 7+ years of relevant experience.
- General understanding of retirement plan laws and regulations.
- Understanding of retirement plan annual compliance testing and Form 5500 filings.
- Experience consulting on impact of corporate mergers and acquisitions on retirement plans.
- General understanding of retirement plan design, features, and best practices.
- CFA, CFP, QKA, other financial designations a plus.
- Series 65 License (preferred or completed within 1 month of start date).
The pay range for this position in California, Washington, Colorado and New York at the commencement of employment is expected to be between $92,400 to $115,500/yr; however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a bonus, restricted stock units, and discretionary awards in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as vacation, sick time, and parental leave), dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment. If hired, the employee will be in an “at-will position,” and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
