Description
To ensure success by planning and organizing high-quality, on-time, on-budget projects without undue strain on the organization or the team. Responsible for full-scope estimating to ensure the profitability and success of
each project and to meet and exceed company standards and client expectations predictably.

Key Responsibilities
1. Complete full project estimates by gathering and analyzing data to compute and
forecast the money, materials, labor, and time required to profitably and
successfully complete projects.
2. Fully understand the scope and specification of each component within a project
so that it can be appropriately sourced and evaluated for fit, form, function,
quality, and cost.
3. Produce Budget Sheets and assist Operations Officer in running project budgets
and making sure budget sheets are maintained.
4. Project Manage specific projects, to include but not be limited to:
- Coordinate details.
- Ensure projects or parts of projects are completed on time.
- Communicate with internal and external project stakeholders including client teams.
- Ensure all assigned aspects of projects run smoothly and efficiently.
- Work with various members of the project team and clients to develop timelines, create schedules, and build Gantt charts.
- Control workflow, schedule assignments, evaluate the course of the project and report project status.
- Coordinate and attend meetings and develop project strategies.
- Communicate all the issues and risks of the project and/or part of the project.
5. Assist COO in sourcing and managing bid pricing from all vendors at required
quality and specification, including detailed cost analysis.
6. Other duties as may be assigned.
Skills, Knowledge, and Expertise
- A bachelor's degree or 2 years of experience working as a construction project estimator/ manager.
- Experience studying proposals, blueprints, specifications, and related documents to identify labor, material, and time requirements for projects.
- Ability to compile a professional presentation and create reports on costing data.
- Possesses keen analytical skills.
- Excellent math and data analysis skills with a strong preference for Excel /Google Sheets mastery.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Strong preference for an individual with great control of both written and verbal
- English mastery.
