WHO YOU ARE
Our ideal candidate has strong finance and accounting leadership experience, preferably in a tech startup environment who cut their teeth in public accounting. You will have 7+ year’s experience, preferably in a high volume, software/SaaS pre-IPO or public company environment. You are a player-coach who can both lead and contribute directly to our finance and accounting operations. You are comfortable working with other executives across the company to support them as we execute our strategic plan. You are comfortable working across a variety of systems and tools to get the job done, from Salesforce and Intacct to Google Sheets and MS Excel. \n- Analyze the company's financial results with respect to profits, trends, costs, and compliance with budgets. Issue regular status and ad hoc reports to senior management
- Assist senior management in financial planning and results management
- Work with other team members to understand revenue and cost drivers and define appropriate reports for tracking
- Support annual and rolling forecasting and budgeting process including Revenue, COGS, Opex, and Cash Flow / Balance Sheet.
- Maintain, update, and innovate finance model, customer metrics tracking and reporting.
- Coordinate, prepare, and review monthly, quarterly, and annual results and variance to forecast.
- Ad-hoc analysis for various items (i.e. vendor spend, margin, COGS, customer metrics).

- Experience working in a growing start-up environment strongly preferred
- Sr Financial Analyst: 3+ years FP&A experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Business
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment with fluctuating priorities and deadlines
- Ability to work without direct supervision, and efficiently manage tasks and time
- A very solid foundation of GAAP treatment of SaaS revenue
