Title: Enterprise Account Manager, Events
Location: US, Remote (Boulder, CO or Phoenix, AZ Preferred)
Start Date: March 2025
Compensation: $90,000 - $110,000 Base Salary + Commission

What We’re Looking For:
We are seeking a highly experienced Enterprise Account Manager to join New Hope Network. This mature, client-focused role will be crucial in managing and expanding relationships with large, enterprise-level CPG and retail clients. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in nurturing long-term relationships, managing key accounts, and driving revenue growth through strategic account management and consultative sales. A strong background in the CPG and retail sectors, particularly working with major brands, is essential. This role will also involve territory development and a focus on event-driven opportunities, with a direct impact on revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with senior stakeholders at enterprise CPG and retail organizations, ensuring alignment with their strategic goals and business objectives.
- Use a consultative approach to understand client needs and offer tailored solutions from our Health & Nutrition portfolio that drive value and meet business goals.
- Drive revenue growth within key accounts while identifying opportunities to expand relationships across multiple business units, brands, and territories.
- Navigate complex organizational structures, engaging multiple decision-makers, influencers, and budget holders to streamline processes and create seamless partnerships.
- Manage a multimillion-dollar portfolio, ensuring sales targets are met, client renewals are secured, and upsell opportunities are maximized.
- Collaborate with cross-functional internal teams, including marketing, operations, and sponsorship, to deliver exceptional client experiences and ensure successful event participation.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, client challenges, and competitive insights, proactively offering strategic recommendations and solutions.
- Lead contract negotiations and discussions to secure long-term commitments and ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
- Maintain detailed records of sales activities, client engagements, and revenue forecasts in CRM tools and internal reporting systems.

New Hope Network is a platform and community focused on the natural and organic products industry. It connects professionals across various sectors, including retailers, suppliers, and manufacturers, to help grow the natural products market. They are known for organizing trade shows, such as the Natural Products Expo, where industry leaders gather to share ideas, showcase products, and collaborate.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise account management, ideally within the CPG, retail, or events industries, with a focus on managing large, high-value client portfolios.
- Proven success in driving revenue growth and cultivating long-term relationships with enterprise-level clients, particularly within CPG or retail categories.
- Strong consultative sales approach, with a demonstrated ability to navigate complex organizational structures, influence senior stakeholders, and deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to present confidently to senior decision-makers and effectively lead contract discussions.
- Self-motivated and results-driven, with the ability to work independently while also collaborating seamlessly with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional client experiences.
- Industry knowledge of the natural products sector is a plus, particularly a passion for health and wellness, with an understanding of emerging trends and client challenges.
- Proficiency with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) and a data-driven approach to managing client relationships, tracking sales activities, and forecasting revenue.
- Ability to travel up to 20% to meet with clients, attend events, and engage with key stakeholders in person.
