Job Description
- Monitoring and managing all processes of the company with banks
- Preparing weekly and monthly cash flow and payment plan reports
- Preparing weekly and monthly current account and personnel expense payment lists and creating bank payment entries
- Monitoring and processing tax payments
- Booking the daily bank transactions in SAP FEBA
- Following up and booking customer check, credit card and bank transfer payments transactions
- Carrying out credit card and mail order collection transactions from customers
- Carrying out monthly and periodic reconciliations with customers and vendors
- Supporting receivables follow-up
- Supporting customer credit risk analysis managemen
- Carrying out other daily financial operation transactions
Qualifications
- Undergraduate degree from a University
- Intermediate-Advanced level English
- Able to use SAP R/3 Program FI Module
- Proficient in MS Office applications
- Experienced in daily financial operations
- Experienced in accounts receivable and current account follow-up
- Prone to teamwork, strong communication skills
- Analytical thinking, result-oriented and proficient in details
- Able to adapt to flexible working hours and intense work tempo
