Job Description
The Revenue Operations mandate in 2024 is to elevate Go-To-Market operational excellence, help scale the business with tools & processes and empower the business with a high degree of business partnering and enablement. We are looking for a Revenue Operations Project Manager (m/f/x) to join our team who will be working cross functionally on initiatives that align Sales and Customer Success operations and help Docplanner’s Go-To-Market strategy be operationalized with excellence, alignment and scalability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Management: Lead and manage cross-functional projects aimed at improving revenue operations processes, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Process Optimization: Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies across global revenue operations, and implement best practices.
- Data Analysis: Analyze revenue operations data to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement. Utilize data to support decision-making and project initiatives.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, finance, and customer success teams to ensure alignment and integration of revenue operations projects.
- System Management: Oversee the implementation and maintenance of revenue operations systems and tools. Ensure these systems support global operations and are utilized effectively.
- Reporting: Develop and deliver regular project updates and reports to senior management and key stakeholders. Ensure transparency and effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Training & Support: Provide training and support to global teams on new processes, tools, and systems implemented as part of revenue operations projects.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
- Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or a related field.
- Proven experience in managing and leading complex projects in a global environment.
- Strong understanding of revenue operations processes and best practices.
- Previous experience and know-how of Salesforce is a huge plus
- Skills:
- Excellent project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver quantifiable results.
- Proficiency in data analysis and using data to drive decision-making.
- Exceptional communication skills, including clarity and conciseness, active listening, and presentation skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with an emphasis on empathy, relationship building, and conflict resolution.
- Ability to influence without authority and build consensus across departments.
- Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure.
- High agency and proactiveness, with the ability to anticipate challenges and drive projects forward without constant supervision.
- Proficiency in SQL is not mandatory, but will be considered a differentiating factor
