Job Description
The Global Executive Marketing team at ServiceNow is looking for a Program Manager who is a strategic thinker, highly adaptable, and shares our passion for CXO engagement and global cross-functional collaboration. Overview:
We are seeking a Program Manager, Global Executive Marketing to lead our efforts in developing and executing key cross-functional programs that engage C-suite executives globally. In this role, you will be responsible for driving strategic CXO engagement initiatives, ensuring alignment across global teams, and fostering strong relationships with top executives.
As a Program Manager, you will partner closely with internal stakeholders across functions (e.g., product, sales, marketing) to define and execute on strategic growth initiatives. You'll be responsible for coordinating global outreach, streamlining executive engagement efforts, and delivering on impactful business outcomes.

In this role, you will...
- Lead cross-functional global programs focused on CXO engagement and strategic growth
- Develop and manage program objectives, actively addressing risks and roadblocks to deliver successful outcomes
- Drive execution across multiple workstreams, coordinating resources, deliverables, and key milestones
- Collaborate with stakeholders globally to ensure alignment and successful executive engagement strategies
- Conduct discovery research, including data analyses and executive interviews, to inform and optimize engagement strategies
- Create executive-level presentations, reports, and playbooks to summarize key findings, recommendations, and strategic initiatives
- Provide regular updates and insights to senior leadership on program progress and outcomes
- Build and nurture strong relationships with key C-suite executives, aligning engagement efforts with the company’s long-term growth strategy
- Ensure the voice of the executive is reflected in company-wide strategic initiatives and growth planning
Qualifications
We are looking for someone with:
- Minimum 8 years of professional technology industry work experience in a mix of program management, executive engagement, or a similar role at a technology company (preferably SaaS) or top-tier strategy consulting firm
- A proven track record of managing global, cross-functional programs focused on executive engagement or strategic growth
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across diverse teams and personalities
- A strategic mindset with the ability to both focus on big-picture goals and dive into details when necessary
- Entrepreneurial self-starter who enjoys working in a fast-paced, innovative high-growth environment
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills for internal audiences and external interactions with the ability to inspire, engage, and build trust

For positions in this location, we offer a base pay of $129,500 - $226,500, plus equity (when applicable), variable/incentive compensation and benefits. Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure. Please note that the base pay shown is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies, and work location. We also offer health plans, including flexible spending accounts, a 401(k) Plan with company match, ESPP, matching donations, a flexible time away plan and family leave programs. Compensation is based on the geographic location in which the role is located and is subject to change based on work location.
