About the role:
Are you a skilled (Senior) Recruiter (m/f/d) passionate about finding talent in product development, tech, and retail media? Join our team and take ownership of hiring for a variety of roles in these areas, contributing directly to the growth of Europe’s leading e-pharmacy. This position offers the flexibility to work remotely from anywhere in Germany with hubs in Cologne, Berlin or being based in our Dutch Headquarters in Sevenum.
In this role, you'll lead end-to-end recruiting, from candidate selection, sourcing on LinkedIn to interviewing, and collaborating on impactful recruiting projects. Your expertise in data-driven recruiting will be essential for refining and enhancing our hiring processes.
Job Description
About your tasks:
- Conduct full-cycle recruitment for roles in departments including but not limited to product development, engineering, and retail media, ensuring top talent aligns with our company’s needs.
- Actively source candidates on platforms like LinkedIn, building a strong pipeline of qualified applicants.
- Use recruiting data to analyze and refine our hiring strategies, identifying areas for improvement.
- Guide hiring managers in interview best practices and support them throughout the recruitment process.
- Engage in additional recruitment projects to innovate and elevate our talent acquisition strategies.
Qualifications
About you:
- Several years of experience in recruiting across different deparments with focus on product development, engineering, sales and retail media roles.
- Deep understanding of the German market, including a network of contacts across the country. Additional knowledge of Dutch, French, Belgian or Italian market is a plus.
- Background in e-commerce or experience with fast-paced tech companies is a big plus.
- Strong knowledge of end-to-end recruiting, including LinkedIn sourcing, interviewing techniques, and using data to drive recruitment.
- You're enthusiastic about taking on additional projects to make the recruiting process even better.
- Fluency in English required, German language skills are a plus.
