Job Summary:Sales Development Representative
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Build relationships with prospects through methods such as calling, emailing, and social media to identify new business opportunities, establish connections, and drive growth.Aggressively identify and qualify opportunities.Nurture early-phase opportunities to develop future pipeline potential.Generate business and achieve sales quotas through prospecting activities and meeting sales goals.Maintain accurate records of business intelligence with key influencers and decision-makers.Cold call, prospect, and convert calls into actual sales activities with a proven record in lead generation.Proactively build a book of business using various lead-generation methods.Demonstrate computer literacy, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and familiarity with the internet.Knowledge of IT services or professional services is a plus.
Work Experience:
At least 2 years of recent Sales Development experience with a proven track record.Demonstrated job tenure and commitment in previous roles.
Language Proficiency:
Excellent written and spoken English; native or near-native proficiency preferred.
Qualifications:
High school diploma required; some higher education preferred.Formal training, certifications, or technology support experience is strongly preferred.
