About the Role
Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive E-Commerce Inventory Administrator to support their global logistics and inventory operations. The ideal candidate will ensure the smooth flow of inventory and 3PL partners and handle shipment documentation. This role requires a strong grasp of logistics processes and effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to achieve operational goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update records of inventory levels, incoming shipments, and sell-through data.
- Create purchase orders and manage inventory transfers across warehouses.
- Troubleshoot and resolve order fulfillment and shipping issues.
- Collaborate with the accounting team on resolving shortage and violation chargebacks.
- Assist with additional administrative tasks as needed to support logistics and operations.
- Foundational knowledge of e-commerce and invetory management.
- 1-3 years of experience in e-commerce, operations, or inventory management.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present findings to the executive team effectively.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics BC.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Bachelor's degree in Operations, Logistics, Management, or a related field.
- Experience handling e-commerce brand inventory and administrator.
Location and Working Hours:
This is a remote position with global responsibilities. Candidates should be adaptable to working across multiple time zones.
