We are looking for a Recruiter who can join our team and lead our efforts to find and attract the best talent in the industry. As the Recruiter, you will be responsible for executing recruitment strategies to identify and attract top talent. You will work closely with clients to identify their hiring needs and provide a pipeline of qualified candidates.
Responsibilities
- Hiring for Business and Marketing talents based in LATAM
- Build and manage a pipeline of qualified candidates and provide clients with recommendations.
- Collaborate with clients to identify talent requirements and source candidates that meet their needs.
- Manage the entire recruitment process, from initial screening to final offer, including scheduling interviews with clients
- Leverage social media and other recruitment tools to promote our brand and attract top talent.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, employees, and external partners.
- Continuously analyze and improve recruitment processes to ensure a seamless and efficient candidate experience.
- min 3+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition
- Experienced in recruiting for US-based companies for IT, business, and marketing roles
- Experience managing the entire recruitment process, from sourcing to offering
- Fluent in English and Spanish
- Strong relationship-building and networking skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
