ABOUT THE ROLE
The Talent Team is focused on partnering with every team at Freed to identify, attract, and close top talent.
We are looking for a skilled and experienced Recruiter to join our team. This individual will recruit across departments ranging from engineering to marketing. Our Talent Team operates at a fast pace ensuring our business partners and candidates have a phenomenal experience.
HOW YOU’LL HAVE IMPACT
Own full-cycle recruiting across different departments within Freed, from kicking off new positions to closing candidates and supporting onboarding experience.
Be a strategic partner for hiring managers and leaders to identify talent and diverse gaps within their function.
Commit to providing the best candidate experience to all; providing regular check-ins, setting clear expectations and always communicating with empathy.
Build strong, diverse pipelines of quality talent through sourcing efforts, referrals and job boards.
Maintain data integrity ensuring candidates are properly tracked and compliant in our ATS (Ashby).
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
5+ years of recruiting experience (preferably some of which have been in high-growth environments).
A passion for providing best-in-class candidate experiences.
You know how to effectively prioritize but are also adaptable and flexible- you are excited to work in an environment that is constantly evolving.
You are an excellent communicator, regardless of channel (written & verbal) or group of people (both internal and external).
You take initiative and can identify opportunities and issues, proactively coming up with ways to resolve them.
You are a creative thinker, you challenge yourself to come up with new ways to attract and close candidates.
You are data-oriented and understand how to asses pipeline health and time to close.
