Role Overview:
As a Social Media Coordinator, you will manage content strategy, creation, editing, and posting across YouTube, podcasts, social media, and email platforms. You'll also work on podcast growth strategies, guest bookings, and video production.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategy: Develop audience growth strategies for YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, and email campaigns, and execute viral social media strategies to drive engagement across platforms. Create email campaigns for engagement, education, and lead generation. Monitor platform analytics and adjust strategies to ensure growth, and manage the content calendar, balancing promotional and educational content.
- Content Creation & Management: Produce, edit, and distribute content for YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, and podcasts, ensuring content quality and consistency across platforms.
- Podcast Production & Growth: Manage podcast episode direction, titles, and show notes, select Reels, and manage podcast scheduling.
- Advertisements: Oversee advertisement placement in podcast episodes, and ensure ads are recorded by hosts and edited by the podcast producer.
- Performance Monitoring: Report weekly on performance across social platforms, podcasts, and email campaigns, and track podcast growth, drop-off rates, and revenue generation
Qualifications:
- Passion for YouTube, podcasting, and financial education
- Strong creative and analytical skills
- Proficiency in video and podcast editing software (Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro)
- Experience with email marketing platforms
- Strong project management and collaboration skills
- Basic design skills for thumbnails and visuals
- Experience managing brand partnerships is a plus
- Experience in handling social media accounts including YT
- Needs to work aligned to US Eastern Time Business Hours, from Monday to Friday
- Managed video editors before
- 30 Hours commitment/week
