- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and deliver under tight deadlines with limited supervision.
- Analytical mindset with meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Corporate Development Mandates:
- As a member of this core deal team, you will lead financial modeling, valuation, and investment memo/presentation workstreams on M&A/investment efforts. Support deal due diligence – you will directly own certain components of deal due diligence (e.g. customer cohort and retention analysis) and support the broader Finance team with others (e.g. working capital analysis)
- Work closely with the Product Acceleration team (they own deal strategy and manage relationships with targets) in structuring and framing the deal and assist with any deal financing analysis – earnout structuring, cash/debt/equity mix, and related analyses
- Support the broader FP&A team as the primary deal liaison providing context and assistance with deal integration work streams such as combined business financial reporting, forecasting, budget management, go-to-market analysis, and business reviews. While the FP&A team will lead these efforts, you will act as the subject-matter expert on the deal utilizing the deal model and analysis as a launch pad for more detailed post-merger planning.
- Support purchase price allocation (PPA) workstreams. You will liaison with external parties and support various valuation efforts (e.g. intangible asset valuation) under the guidance of the external financial reporting team.
- Investor Relations Mandates:
- Work with our external IR firm to set up and manage non-deal roadshows and conference participation.
- Own our investor deck and work closely with the executive leadership team and other business partners to develop content and a narrative that aligns with our investor story.
- Assist with preparation ahead of major investor meetings and events.

- Co-lead our quarterly shareholder letter and mock earnings process. This role requires letter drafting, working with the executive leadership team and external IR firm to align on key talk tracks, creating financial collateral to support earnings decks and other materials.
- Strategic Finance/Strategy Mandates:
- Own the company’s multi-year plan and modeling efforts and support strategic discussions with the executive leadership team. Act as the primary liaison helping bridge the multi-year plan into the annual planning process (e.g. assist with top-down budget guidance setting).
- Work closely with the VP of Strategic Finance to support the executive leadership team with various strategic assessments such as exploring entering new geographical markets, build vs. partner vs. buy, and making strategic investment choices (e.g. expand into new customer segments vs. double-down on existing customer base)
- Supporting our VP of Strategic Finance and CFO with various strategic projects, as required.
