Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality technical support to Italian-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat regarding fitness technology products
- Assist clients in troubleshooting software and hardware issues related to their devices
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and solutions provided
- Work collaboratively with team members to enhance customer service and satisfaction
- Engage in continuous training to keep up with the latest in fitness technology
- Promote a positive and supportive experience for customers as they engage with their fitness technologies
- Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken
- Open to recent graduates or candidates with minimal experience
- Genuine interest in fitness technology and a passion for customer service
- Strong communication skills and problem-solving abilities
- Able to thrive in a remote work environment
- Team player with a focus on achieving customer satisfaction
- Basic knowledge of fitness technology and devices is a plus
- Must reside in Greece and be eligible to work remotely
