Responsibilities
- Conduct consultations with clients to accurately identify their needs and challenges
- Design and propose tailored digital solutions that align with client objectives
- Work collaboratively with technical teams to ensure effective solution implementation
- Provide ongoing support and resources to clients, enhancing their digital product experience
- Monitor industry developments and competitor offerings to inform client strategies
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure a high level of satisfaction
- Document project updates and client feedback for internal assessment
Requirements
- Fluency in Portuguese and English (written and spoken)
- Prior experience in consulting, digital solutions, or customer service preferred
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
- A solid understanding of digital technologies and solutions
- Proactive, results-oriented mindset with a strong desire to learn
