Role Overview
As a Real Estate Analyst, you will play a key role in financial analysis, risk assessment, and deal structuring. You’ll support capital deployment strategies and work closely with senior team members to ensure seamless deal execution.
Role Impact
As a Real Estate Investment Analyst, you will evaluate and underwrite commercial real estate transactions, manage the deal pipeline, and ensure smooth execution. Your role includes preparing financial models, investment presentations, and market research to assess creditworthiness and optimize deal structures. You’ll also collaborate with lenders and internal teams to support capital deployment and investment decisions.

Must-Have:
- 3+ years of experience in commercial real estate finance, lending, or a related field.
- Strong financial modeling, risk assessment, and credit analysis skills.
- Expert proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to manage multiple deals in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
Nice-to-Have:
- Experience with Credit Analysis and Capital Advisory
- Experience with CoStar, HubSpot, and CRM systems.
- Familiarity with private credit, distressed assets, or alternative financing.
- Prior experience with lenders, investment firms, or private equity.
