What You'll Be Doing:
Leading marketing projects from start to finish, coordinating timelines, deliverables, and resources to meet deadlines and budgets.Serving as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are exceeded while fostering strong relationships.Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including creative, design, and marketing, to bring ideas to life and ensure everyone is on the same page.Developing project plans and setting clear goals, while keeping the team motivated and accountable.Monitoring project progress, adjusting plans as needed, and proactively communicating updates to stakeholders.Analyzing project outcomes and sharing insights for continuous improvement in our processes and strategies.

Proven project management experience in a marketing setting, with a portfolio showcasing successful campaigns.Strong organizational skills – You know how to keep everything in order and ensure nothing falls through the cracks.Excellent communication skills – Whether it's with team members or stakeholders, you can clearly articulate ideas and updates.A proactive mindset – You're always looking for ways to improve processes and drive results.A passion for creativity and collaboration – You thrive in a dynamic environment where teamwork is key.
Bonus Points If:
You have a certification in project management (like PMP or Agile).You have experience with project management tools (like ClickUp, Notion, or Monday.com).You love brainstorming innovative marketing strategies and rallying teams around them.
