The Content Manager will take ownership of the content strategy across all five businesses within the PEXA UK group: PEXA, Smoove, Optima, Amity Law, and Legal Eye.
This role is responsible for planning, scheduling, and coordinating a comprehensive content calendar, ensuring alignment with business propositions, narratives, and overall corporate goals.
Working collaboratively with internal teams and external stakeholders, the Content Manager will craft and oversee the creation of compelling content that engages key audiences, drives inbound leads, and supports customer journeys.
The role will encompass content creation for all stages of the customer lifecycle, from awareness through onboarding to advocacy, and will also contribute to internal communications to foster employee engagement.
\n- Lead the development of a content strategy that supports corporate and marketing objectives across all PEXA UK group brands.
- Oversee the content calendar, ensuring seamless planning, scheduling, and coordination of all content types.
- Create and commission a variety of content formats, including research reports, whitepapers, blogs, videos, multimedia assets, infographics, and gated content with effective CTAs.
- Develop and produce content that supports customer engagement at every stage of the journey, including lead generation, nurturing, onboarding, and advocacy, with a focus on driving ROI and improved CSAT, NPS, and customer loyalty.
- Work closely with the Communications Manager, Design Manager, Digital Marketing, and Product Marketing teams to align content with business propositions and campaign goals. •
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to generate thought leadership content that positions PEXA as a leader in the property sector.
- Coordinate with external agencies or freelancers as needed to deliver high-quality content on time and within budget.
- Monitor content performance using analytics tools, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Support internal communications efforts, crafting messages that align with corporate goals and enhance employee engagement.
- Ensure all content is consistent in tone, style, and quality, adhering to brand guidelines and optimising for SEO where applicable.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Design or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 7 years B2B marketing experience with at least 3 in a Content Marketing position > Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the property sector and its key audiences, including market influencers, intermediaries, lenders, and conveyancers.
- Content Strategy Expertise: Proven ability to develop and manage content strategies that deliver measurable results.
- Multi-Format Content Creation: Strong experience in creating diverse content types such as reports, blogs, videos, and infographics.
- Audience Engagement: Skilled in crafting content for different stages of the customer journey, from awareness to advocacy, and delivering engaging, conversion-driven messaging.
- Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines, ensuring the delivery of high-quality content on time and within scope.
- Collaboration: Experience working closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and design, to ensure alignment of content with broader strategies.
- Analytical Skills: Proficiency in using content performance analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media analytics) to inform strategy and optimise content effectiveness.
- Advanced Writing and Editing: Exceptional writing and editing skills with the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and concisely.
- SEO and Digital Marketing Knowledge: Understanding of SEO best practices and digital content optimisation to maximise visibility and engagement
