TL;DR
π€ We are on the lookout for an Enterprise Marketing Lead with a proven track record in scaling demand generation functions. You will be responsible for leading our Enterprise Marketing strategy. This includes distribution, ads, content, and marketing automation to drive enterprise pipeline. You will work closely with our CEO and Head of Sales to align marketing efforts with our product-led growth orientation and collaborate cross-functionally to optimize our enterprise sales funnel.

\n- You will create enterprise sales leads through targeted campaigns and implement lead scoring methodologies for optimal alignment with sales.
- You will spearhead marketing initiatives across various channels, including distribution, ads, content creation, and marketing automation, to generate demand and accelerate revenue growth for enterprise users of Photoroom.
- You will play a pivotal role in aligning marketing efforts with our overarching product strategy, ensuring seamless integration and synergy across all functions.
- You will leverage internal resources and align across teams, and actively identify gaps and acquire necessary external resources in order to be successful.
- You will proactively communicate any blockers or challenges and communicate your strategy to mitigate or find creative strategies to move forward.
- Relevant candidates usually tend to have 7+ years of experience leading B2B GTM/Marketing in a fast-growing SaaS company, but people learn and develop at different pace, so we hire based on skills, experience and the impact they can have at Photoroom
- You are an entrepreneur, you love building things from scratch, taking the initiative, and can drive multiple projects simultaneously through excellent organisational skills
- You have a growth-hacking mindset, continuously experimenting, iterating, and optimizing strategies to unlock scalable growth opportunities, aligning closely with our product-led growth orientation.
- You are adept at cross-team collaboration
- You have strong leadership and team management skills
- You have excellent analytical skills, proficient in data analysis and interpretation
- Experience in sales and partnerships is a plus
- You are enthusiastic about AI and preferably have an understanding of the GenAI landscape
- You are fluent in English. Another language is a plus.
