Summary
PosiGen’s mission is to save families money and transform communities with clean energy. The Product Manager - Operations, will lead strategic initiatives to improve our ability to deliver completed solar and storage assets from execution of customer agreement to permission to operate. The Product Manager will work in partnership with our Installation Operations and Corporate Operations teams to drive process and platform solutions to meet strategic and operational targets. The business product team partners with the Technology team to develop and deliver scalable solutions supporting execution, business intelligence, and quality across our asset development vertical.
This position is open to remote candidates legally authorized to work in the United States and residing in the following states: AZ, CA, CO, CT, DC, FL, GA, ID, IL, IN, LA, MA, MD, MA, MI, MS, NC, NH, NJ, NY, OH, PA, RI, SC, TN, TX, UT, & VA.
Essential Job Functions
- Work with the product team and key Operations stakeholders to gather insights into core challenges for Installation Operations and supporting back-office business units; identifying strategic projects to address challenges and support scale.
- Facilitate collaboration and discovery with business stakeholders to articulate business challenges, develop business case analysis, diligence existing processes, and proactively develop solutions to meet key performance metrics.
- Support business sponsors in the documenting of the process, people, and platform requirements to enable effective execution by Technology.
- Proactively develop a deep understanding of business sponsor objectives, processes, teams, timelines, and key performance indicators/metrics to enable solutions that scale into existing and new platform capabilities
- Identify end to end impacts to other business units ensuring solutions account for the customer first and all business stakeholders
- Work closely with Technology to create a project plan, identifying timelines, resources and budget for implementation
- Support requirements clarification during software development, UAT, and launch and provide regular updates to business stakeholders with a focus on deadlines and any change management
- Coordinate launch of new tools and processes with business units and Technology.
- Manage prioritization of all initiatives within Installation Operations ensuring Technology delivery is aligned with business goals.

Education/Experience
- Bachelor's degree required in a field that includes quantitative coursework.
- 5+ years of product/project management experience.
- 3+ years experience implementing construction & project management software in high throughput applications
- 2+ years experience in engineering, procurement, & construction in the solar or renewable industry
- Proficiency with Salesforce and Salesforce reporting required
- Experience with database reporting through BI tools (i.e. Sigma, Tableau, etc.)
- Demonstrated ability to create operating plans, analytic models, and strategic management recommendations, and execute upon such.
- Strong spreadsheet and presentation skills.
