\n- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts across a wide range of legal issues, with a primary focus on service agreements.
- Analyze and interpret contract terms and provisions, providing legal advice to internal teams on contractual obligations, risks, and opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including finance and operations, to ensure compliance of contracts and agreements with all applicable laws and regulations.
- Conduct legal research on legislation in various jurisdictions (Ukraine, EU, USA) and continuously monitor legislative changes applicable to the company, providing guidance to internal teams as needed.
- At least Upper-intermediate level of English, both written and spoken.
- Solid understanding of legal principles, particularly in contract law.
- Proven experience in understanding, drafting, and negotiating contracts and agreements.
- Familiarity with legal research and staying up-to-date with legislative changes.
- Experience communicating with US-based legal professionals.
- Ability to analyze and interpret legal documents and provide sound legal advice.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with internal teams.
- Experience in the IT industry.
- Familiarity with e-signing tools for contract management and other legal tech.
