Responsibilities:
As a Sr Full-Stack Engineer , you'll be at the forefront of building our cutting-edge AI communications platform. Your mission? To craft user-friendly features using Next.JS, TypeScript, and React components. Dive deep into AI pipeline, RAG framework, and elevate the quality of our AI responses. With a backend composed of Ruby on Rails, Elixir, Redis, and PostgreSQL, you'll thrive in our fast-paced environment, delivering innovative solutions with finesse.
Responsibilities:
- Improve our AI response pipeline’s performance and quality
- Leverage AI to analyze and present compelling analytics to users
- Build new, highly-scalable features
- Developing new features using Rails, Next.JS, TypeScript, and React
- Improving our Elixir backend engine
- Write clean, well-documented, and reusable code
- Test and debug the application to ensure high-quality deliverables
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and best practices
Requirements:
- +5 years of experience as a Full-Stack Developer
- Strong proficiency required in Ruby, JavaScript, TypeScript, and React
- Experience with PostgreSQL or similar databases
- Good understanding of AWS cloud services
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work
Nice to have:
- Experience with AI and RAG is a plus, but not required
- Experience with Next.JS is a plus, but not required
- Experience with Elixir is a plus, but not required
- Experience with data/analytics is a plus
