Position Overview
RecruitGo is in search of a Graphic Designer with Project management experience who will be working with our client based in Singapore. Our client is a Business Consulting company. In this role, you will be responsible for Designing visually appealing graphics, illustrations, and layouts for projects across websites, social media, print materials, and branding. Collaborate with the marketing team, translate concepts into engaging designs, and ensure consistent brand identity. Additionally, handle ad-hoc tasks assigned by a superior.
Aside from your established skills and expertise, we are also looking for someone with Strong communication skills in both English and Vietnamese (written and verbal), effective collaboration in a team setting, meticulous attention to detail, and the capability to manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines.
Responsibilities:
- Create visually appealing graphics, illustrations, and layouts for various projects such as websites, social media, print materials, and branding materials.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project requirements and objectives.
- Translate concepts into visually engaging designs that effectively communicate the desired message.
- Ensure consistency of brand identity across all designs.
- writing of meeting minutes and summaries
- ad hoc task allocated by superior to be done up
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field or Proven work experience as a Graphic Designer or similar role.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).Strong portfolio showcasing creative and innovative design solutions.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Vietnamese both written and verbal.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
- Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Experience with web design, AI, and/or motion graphics is a plus.

- Salary Range: 700 - 900 USD/ Month
- Work Schedule: Mon to Fri 10 am to 7 pm; Sat 10 am to 2:30 pm
- Work Set up: Remote/ WFH
- Working Device: Work laptop to be provided by the client.
