Description

We are a German accommodation company which specializes in offering accommodations of various sizes in different locations. Our aim is to provide our clients with a home in a strange city and make their staying the most comfortable. We want our guests to enjoy their trip without any hassle and rely on the high-quality services provided by us.

At this point we are looking for an experienced Customer Support Specialist to welcome to our team.

The best-matching candidate that we are long for is desired to:

  • have at least 6 month experience in customer care
  • Experience in hospitality, hotels, short term rentals business, holiday apartments would be a big plus.
  • Have excellent trouble-shooting and problem-solving skills
  • Speak C1 English and German
  • Has capacity to work independently without minimum of supervision
  • Be an advanced user of MS office, WhatsApp and other messengers
  • Knowledge in PMS “Guesty”, CLINQ call center, Monday.com workOS - would be a considerable benefit

Requirements

The tasks that our specialist is supposed to deal with are:

  • answering chat messages of guests
  • answering phone calls of guests
  • working with web-based IT systems like:
  • reservations system (property management system); online keyless access system; call center solution
  • troubleshooting & solving guest problems with our team (handymans internal & external)
  • etc.
