Our aim is to provide our clients with a home in a strange city and make their staying the most comfortable. We want our guests to enjoy their trip without any hassle and rely on the high-quality services provided by us.
At this point we are looking for an experienced Customer Support Specialist to welcome to our team.
The best-matching candidate that we are long for is desired to:
- have at least 6 month experience in customer care
- Experience in hospitality, hotels, short term rentals business, holiday apartments would be a big plus.
- Have excellent trouble-shooting and problem-solving skills
- Speak C1 English and German
- Has capacity to work independently without minimum of supervision
- Be an advanced user of MS office, WhatsApp and other messengers
- Knowledge in PMS “Guesty”, CLINQ call center, Monday.com workOS - would be a considerable benefit
The tasks that our specialist is supposed to deal with are:
- answering chat messages of guests
- answering phone calls of guests
- working with web-based IT systems like:
- reservations system (property management system); online keyless access system; call center solution
- troubleshooting & solving guest problems with our team (handymans internal & external)
- etc.
