About the Role
We are looking for a Head of Strategic Sales who thrives in ambiguity and draws energy from building sales teams and processes. This is a 0 to 1 opportunity with immediate resourcing to hire a team. Your team will create, test, and scale strategies to activate new partners by aligning their goals with outcomes that drive growth for Rula. Your role will be crucial in expanding our footprint, ensuring we succeed in our mission to make mental healthcare work for everyone. Please note: This role will require someone to travel up to 25% of the time.
1 in 5 people are suffering from a mental health issue, and fewer than 50% of people are getting help. We need someone with a track record of building and managing successful outbound sales teams that are committed to solving this problem with us and hungry to face the hardships of starting something new. Required Qualifications
10+ years in sales, business development, or related roles; with a track record of top 25% performance
5+ years managing a quota-carrying team driving annual revenue growth of at least $3M
Experience selling to a variety of buyers, from individual contributor users to executive decision makers; and from industries with low tech adoption to industries with high tech adoption
Experience hiring at least 5 subordinate reps in sales, business development, or related roles
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience managing customer relationships and deals in a CRM tool
