We believe that mental health is just as important as physical health. We recognize that mental health issues can be complex and multifaceted, and we are dedicated to treating the whole person, not just the symptoms.
We aim to create a world where mental health is no longer stigmatized or marginalized, but rather is embraced as an integral part of one's overall well-being.
We believe that by providing quality care that is both evidence-based and compassionate, we can empower individuals to take charge of their mental health and achieve their full potential. We are passionate about making a positive impact on the lives of those struggling with mental health issues and we strive to be a force for positive change in the field of mental healthcare.
About the Role
Rula unlocks access to mental healthcare for tens of thousands of patients and their families. But that only works if Rula is a place where providers want to practice and where they feel like they can deliver high-quality care. We’re looking for a Product Manager to join the newly formed Outcomes team, focused on helping patients get better faster by equipping providers with the tools they need to deliver excellent care. This is mission critical. As the PM leading provider-driven Outcomes, your work will be both external facing (putting great tools in providers’ hands) and internal facing (making sure our clinical teams have what they need to support providers in delivering exceptional care). This is a highly cross-functional role, where you will have design and engineering counterparts and partner closely with our Clinical Quality and Clinical Operations teams.

Experience gathering and implementing customer feedback; believe that there is no such thing as “too much” customer feedback
