Description
SafetyWing is looking for a Junior Account Executive to join our sales team. Your role will be pivotal in understanding the challenges of remote and distributed teams and our prospective client's unique needs and offering them insights and ideas to leverage our solutions effectively. You will be vital in expanding SafetyWing's impact.

We’re a fully remote team, stretching across 15+ timezones.
💻 Your responsibilities will include
- Getting to the heart of remote and geographically distributed teams' needs through helpful insights and consultative selling.
- Navigating the full sales cycle, from discovery and engagement to negotiation and closure.
- Using a consultative approach to pinpoint customer needs, crafting value-added propositions, and developing complex proposals.
- Guiding our customers to see the optimal value in our solutions, building consensus and enthusiasm.
- Proactively finding ways to tackle any deal-related obstacles.
- Keeping our CRM updated with the latest client info for top-notch planning and strategy.
- Gathering and integrating product feedback from clients to guide product enhancements.

- Engage with interested prospects to help them evaluate our product
- Become a product and Remote Health benefits expert
- Ideate, test and iterate on new ways to position Remote Health as we go up-market
- Creatively problem-solve in a fast paced environment
- Work with our Account Management team to ensure a smooth hand-off and beautiful client experience
- Accurately forecast pipeline and manage pipeline in CRM
- Synthesize product feedback from clients to help inform product improvements
🧪 Qualifications
- 2-3 years of sales experience or a background in engaging prospects and supporting sales cycles
- Passion for learning the full sales process, from discovery to closed won
- Experience in a fast-paced startup environment
- Excellent written and verbal skills
- Familiarity with CRM tools and the ability to manage pipelines effectively
