Key Responsibilities
- Talent Acquisition: Identify, engage, and hire top-tier talent for various roles within Supernova Games, including developers, designers, artists, and other key positions.
- Industry Networking: Leverage your extensive network within the gaming industry to source candidates and stay updated on industry trends and talent movements.
- Candidate Experience: Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact to onboarding.
- Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers and team leaders to understand their needs and provide strategic recruitment support.
- Blockchain Recruitment: While not required, experience in recruiting talent with blockchain expertise is highly desirable as we explore new technologies in gaming.
