As a BILINGUAL SALES AND CUSTOMER SERVICE AGENT, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing their guests’ journey. Your passion for travel, sales acumen, and commitment to excellence will shine through as you engage with customers. You’ll serve as a brand ambassador, providing valuable information about their resorts, amenities, local attractions, and personalized recommendations based on each guest’s interests.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Customer Engagement:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls from direct consumers, travel agents, and loyalty club members.
- Assist guests in planning their dream vacations by understanding their preferences and tailoring recommendations accordingly.
- Share insights on local attractions, hidden gems, and must-see experiences.
- Sales and Conversion:
- Leverage your competitive edge to convert inquiries into bookings.
- Promote special offers, packages, and exclusive deals to enhance guest satisfaction.
- Maintain a positive and persuasive communication style to drive sales.
- Subject Matter Expertise:
- Become well-versed in our properties, amenities, and unique selling points.
- Stay informed about the latest updates, events, and enhancements across our portfolio.
- Address guest queries with confidence and accuracy.
- Collaboration:
- Work closely with other team members, including reservations, concierge, and marketing teams.
- Share guest feedback and insights to continuously improve our services.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent.
- Minimum two years of sales experience, preferably within a call center.
- Minimum 1-year experience in the travel or hospitality industry preferred.
- Native/Bilingual English is a must. Spanish, Portuguese, or French a plus.
- Solid ability to multi-task with strong computer navigation capabilities.
- Exceptional listener with the skill to effectively communicate.
- Strong computer proficiency and comfortable learning new computer applications.
- Positive attitude, self-motivated, and energetic.
- Must be flexible to work within call center hours and adapt to business needs.
- The ability to work independently with little supervision.
- Must have an office-like space with high-speed internet access and own a computer or laptop.
- This is a 100% remote position, open to candidates in Latin America and the Caribbean.
