Description
We are looking for a seasoned Project Manager to join our project management team.
\n- Project Leadership:
- Lead end-to-end project management, from initiation to closure.
- Define project scope, objectives, and success criteria.
- Develop project plans, including tasks, milestones, and timelines.
- Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Foster a collaborative environment among team members.
- Agile Practices:
- Champion Agile principles and practices.
- Facilitate sprint/ieration planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Ensure efficient backlog management and prioritization.
- Coach team members on Agile best practices.
- Client Engagement:
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients.
- Understand client needs, expectations, and business objectives.
- Communicate project status, updates, and potential changes.
- Build strong client relationships and address concerns proactively.
- Delivery Management:
- Allocate resources effectively to meet project demands.
- Monitor project budget, resource utilization, and timelines.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (developers, designers, QA, etc.).
- Ensure high-quality deliverables within agreed-upon timeframes.
- Minimum 5 years of project management experience.
- Experience in pre-sales.
- Proven track record of successful project delivery.
- Familiarity with software development practices.
- Excellent command of the English language (C1).
- Previous work experience in large IT services companies (a big advantage).
- PMP (preferred), Scrum Master (advantageous).
