The Role
As a Marketing Ops Analyst at Sprinto, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our marketing strategies through data-driven insights and analytics. Positioned within the dynamic demand and revenue marketing team, your focus will be on dissecting and understanding the vast amounts of data generated by our marketing efforts, optimizing our go-to-market strategy through actionable intelligence
\n- Develop and maintain comprehensive dashboards and reports to track marketing campaign performance and business impact.
- Analyze marketing and sales data to identify trends, forecast outcomes, and provide recommendations for enhancing efficiency and effectiveness.
- Ownership of analytical tools and platforms like Google Analytics, Tableau, or similar, ensuring data accuracy and accessibility for decision-making.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing operations and revenue operations teams to ensure data consistency and leverage insights for strategic initiatives.
- Lead the analytical aspect of marketing technology implementations and integrations, ensuring seamless data flow and reporting capabilities.
- Solve unstructured business challenges with innovative analytical approaches, directly impacting strategic decisions and business outcomes.
- 2+ years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing, with a strong emphasis on data analysis, marketing analytics, and operations.
- Proficiency in analytical software and tools, with an ability to manipulate and derive insights from complex data sets.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a knack for presenting data compellingly and understandably.
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree in any stream, with a preference for backgrounds in Marketing, Technology, Analytics, or related fields.
- Project management skills and comfort working in environments requiring coordination across multiple teams and stakeholders.
