Graveyard shiftPermanent Remote Set-Up/Permanent WFHSalary Range: 30,000 - 40,000 pesos per month plus benefits and annual bonus eligibility + HMO BenefitsWe follow PH Holidays and provide PTO leave credits after 90 days of employment (Probationary Period)

Handle customer calls, emails, and chat inquiries promptly and professionallyResolve customer concerns efficientlyProvide accurate information regarding products, services, and policiesAssist customers with order placement, tracking, and returnsCollaborate with other departments to resolve complex customer issuesIdentify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate channels

Comfortable using time tracker tools like Time DoctorHighly motivated and organizedBachelors degreeFluent in English - excellent written and verbal communicationProficient on a computer and in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)High-quality noise-canceling headsetHigh-speed internet (50+ Mbps) with backup internetHigh-speed computer with a working webcam also must have a backup computerA quiet working environment free of outside noise (cars, animals, others working)
