The Role:
Reporting to the Global Head of HR at the foundation, the Sr. Talent Acquisition Partner will be responsible for leading and executing the business’ overall Talent Acquisition strategy to ensure the foundation can attract, develop and retain the right talent. They will own the talent acquisition function using innovation to attract top talent, create sourcing strategies, manage high volume, full-life cycle recruiting efforts, all while creating a stellar candidate experience that positively represents the Sui Foundation.
What you’ll do:
Serve as a talent advisor to Sui Foundation leaders (Marketing, Community, Operations, Grants, Legal) to deeply understand their business strategies and talent needs in the short term and long term
Collaborate with senior HR leadership to ensure the hiring managers’ priorities fit together seamlessly with business needs and departmental goals
Partner with Hiring Managers to clearly define the accountabilities of the position and candidate success factors
Build a trusted advisor relationship with hiring managers, coaching them on effective search strategies, compensation tiers, and interviewing guidelines
Outline expectations for the end to end recruitment process to source and select the best-qualified candidates for open positions
Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies in multiple disciplines/domains
Build pools of talent for the Foundation’s organizations and disciplines
Lead the offer process in collaboration with internal stakeholders; negotiate and close
Create and drive best-in-class experiences that delight candidates and hiring team members
Contribute to the operational excellence of the team through the leadership of strategic projects
Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion through every aspect of the hiring journey
Collaborate and partner across the broader talent acquisition team and serve as a mentor for others
What you’ll bring:
7+ years proven success in full cycle recruitment, experience with GTM recruiting with an understanding of the tech/web3 industry a plus
Experience and comfort partnering & consulting at all levels of leadership in different regions and multiple timezones
Experience in working within a fast-paced environment and manage ambiguity
Experience scaling operations in new markets or new regional offices
Desire and capability to work with other Talent Partners to drive recruitment solutions across a wide variety of openings
Possess an ability to be flexible and provide the right solution at the right time
Success in developing inclusive pipelines
Growth mindset and an ability to adapt to changing dynamics as needed
Success in guiding, consulting and educating hiring managers on hiring best practices
Experience in guiding managers on use of corporate services such as relocation and immigration
Capable to work independently
