The Data Analyst is responsible for conducting advanced data analyses, interpreting complex data sets, and providing insights that drive strategic decisions. This position will generate reports and share findings with necessary stakeholders.
\n- Collect, organize, and process complex larger sets of data from various sources to identify trends, patterns and insights
- Perform statistical analyses and predictive modeling to support business decisions and objectives
- Prepare and present reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate data insights
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure data accuracy and completeness
- Maintains data integrity and security
- Develops and maintains data pipelines and workflows to automate data processing tasks
- Stays up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in data processing and analysis
- Participates in the development and implementation of data-related projects
- Continuously improves data processing and analysis skills and knowledge through training and education
- Adheres to all company policies, procedures, and business ethics codes
- Meets or exceed individual and team performance targets and metrics
- Performs other duties as assigned
- Must have high school diploma or equivalent Bachelor’s Degree in a related field
- 2 years of experience as a data analyst or related role, preferably in a call center set up
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient in data analysis tools such as Excel, Google Sheets.
- Intermediate knowledge in using formulas, Pivot, and other Excel functions
- Familiarity with Data Management tools
