Position Summary:
Swiftly is searching for a pre-sales account manager who will focus on media services and work closely with the company’s media CPG focused ad sales directors. The ideal candidate will be able to enable Swiftly sales members to more productively engage with clients by identifying brand marketing investment opportunities anchored in consumer purchase, data insights and matching product solutions that effectively address client objectives. They will become a knowledgeable resource grounded in the features and functionality of Swiftly’s digital media products and be able to effectively communicate how those solutions can be employed to address opportunities and challenges CPG brands face. This individual will also have strong verbal communication skills, experience delivering persuasive stories with visual presentation tools (i.e. PowerPoint), and a curious demeanor that drives them to converse with clients and sales directors to uncover potential problems and opportunities for improved business performance.

- Customer interaction w/Sales Directors
- Other related duties as assigned
- Bachelors Degree in Business or Communications
- 2+ years working or supporting Consumer Packaged Goods within media services
- Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Data analytics/business intelligence (MicroStrategy Tableau)
- Experience working for a media agency/strategy services and/or marketing media services
- Digital media experience onsite and offsite
- Retail media provider experience
