The Good Stuff:

Job Duties:
Answer inbound calls and schedule service appointmentsRespond to and resolve voicemail messages, abandoned and missed calls from customersRespond to customer requests (email, webchat, text) to resolve issuesDeliver call scripts clearly, be compelling, and personableAdhere to the company’s plan for resolving customer complaints quickly and favorablyMaintain and update customer database with complete and accurate information.Communicate with dispatch to ensure customers receive 5 Star Service Provide additional support to the team as needed
What you need:
HS Diploma or GED2+ year of customer service experience in a phone based roleExperience working in the home services industry preferredMultitask by completing phone and computer work simultaneouslyCapability to type at least 40 WPMProficiency with Microsoft Office or Google SuiteClear, kind, and energetic phone presenceAbility to work fast paced and remain organizedMust be a U.S. Resident
