We are looking for 2 HRBPs to join our team. You must live in the Austin, TX metro area or Denver, CO metro area to qualify for this role.

Job Duties:> On-board & Off-board team members through the T3 proven process> Employee relations> Manage employee files, ensuring compliance for record keeping legalities > Act as liaison for employee when they have benefit questions > Process worker compensation claims, auto incidents, FMLA / LOA> Partner with T3 Safety Specialist to ensure ongoing training is conducted, policies are followed, employees remain safe> Participate in employee event planning, engagement surveys, recognition initiatives, and more
What You Need:> Experience working in Human Resources for 2+ years> Prior experience working in an HRIS to manage on-boarding, and other functions> Must live in one of the following regions - Austin, TX or Denver, CO> Must have the ability to work on site, as needed by the business. (details will be discussed in the interview process)> SHRM or other HR certificate is a plus
