Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to
join our team as a Data Entry/Administrative Assistant. In this role,
you will be responsible for providing administrative support,
coordinating appointments, submitting payments and delivering
exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will have excellent
communication skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced
environment.
Duties:
- Greet visitors and direct them to the assigned clinician.
- Answer phone calls in a professional and courteous manner.
- Manage calendars and schedule appointments.
- Coordinate meetings, conferences, and events.
- Assist with new inquiries and follow-up on action items.
- Provide customer support by answering inquiries and resolving issues.
- Perform general clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and data entry.
- Maintain office supplies and inventory.
- Assist with basic documentation tasks using EHR system and Excel sheets.
- Support office management by ensuring the office is clean and organized.
- Communicate updates with the appropriate clinician.
Preferences:
- High school diploma or equivalent and additional certification in office administration is a plus
- Proven experience as a receptionist or administrative assistant
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in using phone systems, Google Office Suites, Excel and EMR/EHR.
We offer pay based on experience and qualifications. This is a
part-time to full-time position, flexible within regular business hours.
