Job Description
In 2024, Cash App is setting its sights beyond the core programs that got us to 50M+ monthly active users, breaking into new audiences with cross-functional go-to-market work, increasing adoption of our banking products, and accelerating virality. To support this, the Customer Acquisition team is tasked with growing the Cash App network using measurable, efficient, and scalable levers. This involves expanding beyond our existing paid marketing program, into new channels such as affiliate marketing, referrals, and web. For this role, you should come with experience managing at least one of these channels, and will be expected to flex your time between the responsibilities below based on the highest business need and impact.
You will:
Help scale and manage Cash App’s affiliate program from the ground up. Determine the best partners, measurement, and campaigns to reach multiple business goals, from acquisition and product launches, to driving customer trust.
Monitor investment in our referrals program, working cross functionally with Product and Data Science partners to drive virality and efficiency through campaigns, bounties, and messaging.
Support key aspects of the cash.app website, including growth content, technical SEO, and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
Build out app store optimization (ASO) testing and improvements.
Manage tracking and reporting for these channels in partnership with marketing analytics teammates to measure success and identify opportunities.
Manage and work with agencies to execute on channel strategies while tracking activity and performance.
Collaborate with Product and Product Marketing to drive successful product launches and increase product awareness utilizing the above levers.
Collaborate with Creative and Product teams to ideate assets and messaging.
Work closely with PR, Legal and Compliance to ensure content and collateral being launched across channels are compliant for 3rd party use.
Monitor industry trends and best practices in affiliate and referral marketing to ensure we are constantly innovating and improving our programs.
Qualifications
2-4+ years of relevant work experience in growth marketing or user acquisition.
Experience across a variety of growth channels including one or more of the following: affiliate marketing, referrals programs, web.
SEO and/or ASO experience are a plus.
Strong quantitative and analytical abilities: you can analyze data to answer your questions, and develop insights to take action from that data.
A penchant for translating your skills to new projects - you tackle new challenges and channels strategically and carry over best practices or ideas from previous campaigns.
Familiarity with mobile advertising and marketing channels (i.e. paid ads, SEO, ASO, in-product, push, email) and concepts (attribution, LTV, CAC, return on investment, payback periods)
Experience writing SQL queries and proficiency with data visualization tools (Tableau and Mode) are a plus.
