Job Description
Cash App is looking for a fast-paced and action-oriented Senior Integrated Marketing Lead in the US. This role will oversee integrated marketing functions for Cash App’s Commerce team (Afterpay + Cash App Pay). The ideal candidate has a wealth of experience working with commercial retailers and running a team focused on building integrated consumer marketing campaigns that also support 3rd party partners. This candidate must have the ability to work in a fast paced environment and has excellent communication and presentation skills, with equal parts creative and analytical.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee Afterpay integrated marketing efforts in the US & partnering closely with Afterpay International to help bring consistency across our brand globally
Design, develop and scale campaigns that drive consumer awareness and adoption of Cash App’s commerce solutions (pay now and pay later)
Design and execute a content strategy and calendar that highlights our value proposition in a way that resonates with our core customer
Collaborate with marketing channels (B2B and B2C), Creative, Data Science, and comms to execute launch plans flawlessly
Develop integrated marketing campaigns that support 3rd party partners during peak retail moments and/or during critical phases of the partnership (e.g. at launch)
Develop compelling customer-centric product positioning and oversee the consumer launch and adoption of commerce products
Partner with Customer Insights & Data Science to gather insights that drive campaign direction
Partner with Product & Customer Insights to develop feedback loops on marketing effectiveness, brand health and areas of opportunity regarding brand perception
Partner with Creative and external agencies to build campaign platforms, assets and evergreen content
Acting as an advocate for enhancing the overall look and feel of the brand across all touch points
Qualifications
12+ years of relevant work experience across integrated marketing, product marketing, and/or brand marketing
At least 5+ years of direct integrated marketing experience
Experience working in technology, financial services, or retail companies is preferred
Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams
Strong verbal and written communicator, with the ability to synthesize a complex situation into a concise plan
Data driven and strong analytical skills
A team player who is accountable, proactive, solution-oriented and willing to solve problems
Ability to analyze data to uncover insights

Block takes a market-based approach to pay, and pay may vary depending on your location. U.S. locations are categorized into one of four zones based on a cost of labor index for that geographic area. The successful candidate’s starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. These ranges may be modified in the future.
Zone A: USD $239,600 - USD $359,400
Zone B: USD $239,600 - USD $359,400
Zone C: USD $239,600 - USD $359,400
Zone D: USD $239,600 - USD $359,400
