Title: Associate Implementation Consultant
Location: Remote
Key Responsibilities:
Deploy Transact’s Cloud POS solutionUnderstand third party hardware, such as HP and NCR equipmentMeet established department goals related to target completion dates, customer satisfaction, deployment throughput and more as assignedDeliver onsite and remote installation duties as assignedSupport launch events for clients remotely and onsite as assignedDeliver expert training and consultative services to provide optimal system functionality
Must Have Experience:
Degree or certificate in a technical or IT concentration, or equivalent work experienceAbility to learn and master new software solutionsBasic knowledge in Microsoft products, including but not limited to ExcelStrong interpersonal skills with excellent oral and written communicationDetail-oriented and proactive mindsetStrong time management skills
Preferred Experience:
Experience working in Higher Education environmentExperience working in dining service managementExperience working with Transact Campus solutionsExperience in a client technical support or service roleExperience deploying or supporting Point of Sale and eCommerce solutionsUp to 10% travel domestically and Canada, as needed
