Job Summary
The DevOps Engineer is responsible for understanding and managing the Software Development Lifecycle and various automation tools for developing digital pipelines (CI/CD pipelines). The incumbent works with developers and the IT team to implement DevOps practices for Development, integration, testing, Deployment and Monitoring.
Responsibilities
Recommend migration and consolidation strategies for DevOps tools.
Design secure and agile development processes.
Create strategies for quality, tools integration, and cost optimization.
Development Process Implementation:
Manage version control and source integration.
Oversee infrastructure building and code flow.
Implement DevOps for mobile applications and manage application configuration.
Continuous Integration (CI):
Manage code quality and security policies.
Design and implement container and build strategies.
Continuous Delivery (CD)
Qualifications and Job Requirements
3–5 years of experience in DevOps.
Proven experience setting up DevOps practices end-to-end for multiple products.
Strong expertise in DevOps practices (development, integration, testing, deployment, monitoring).
Experience with microservices environments and containerized applications.
Hands-on experience with Azure, AWS, and GCP.
Proficiency in databases like MySQL and MongoDB.
Proficient in Linux/Windows environment management.
Knowledge of security standards (HIPAA, PII, GDPR, Payment Gateway compliance).
Strong scripting capabilities (e.g., Python, Shell).
Proficiency in automating builds and deployments.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines.
