About the job
As a Compliance & Risk Analyst on the Ethics, Compliance & Risk Management team, you will provide support for Twilio’s initiatives to help mature and expand the global ethics, compliance and risk program. You will help drive the third-party risk management program, ensuring compliance through data-driven analysis. You will manage conflict of interest disclosures and track ethics and compliance training completions while assisting with internal investigations and enterprise risk assessments.
Responsibilities
In this role, you’ll:
- Support the third-party risk management due diligence process by conducting OFAC sanctions screening to identify and address potential compliance issues, ensuring compliance with company standards.
- Manage the conflict of interest disclosure process across the company, driving greater transparency as well as timely and accurate reporting.
- Track and monitor completion rates for ethics and compliance training programs, utilizing data to ensure timely compliance.
- Prepare slides for senior management on ethics, compliance and risk metrics, integrating data insights to highlight program effectiveness.
- Manage and analyze data to measure the effectiveness of the ethics and compliance program, aligning with team Objectives and Key Results (OKRs).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure adherence to ethical standards and regulatory requirements, leveraging data-driven insights.
- Assist with internal investigations and enterprise risk management programs, ensuring thorough documentation to support findings

Required:
- Strong data analytical skills that support data-driven decision-making. Preferably Tableau and Microsoft BI skills.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to create impactful presentations to demonstrate value of ethics, compliance and risk initiatives.
- A diligent, detail oriented skill set, able to work in a fast-paced environment and juggle multiple responsibilities at one time while remaining organized.
- Excellent verbal and writing skills and the ability to comprehend complex written concepts.
- A Bachelor’s or Associate’s Degree plus minimum 3 years experience in Corporate Compliance, Enterprise Risk Management or Internal Audit. If no degree, a minimum of 5 years relevant experience.
Desired:
- Proficiency in compliance-related tools, including OFAC screening systems, to enhance global program effectiveness.
- Experience supporting internal investigations and risk assessments to drive compliance and accountability across the organization.
- Knowledge of ethics and compliance training programs designed to increase awareness and understanding of the Code of Conduct and company policies.
Location
This role will be remote but is not eligible to be hired in the states of California, New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, or Washington.
Travel

The estimated pay ranges for this role are as follows:

Based in Colorado: $92,800 - $116,000.

This role may be eligible to participate in Twilio’s equity plan and corporate bonus plan. All roles are eligible for the following benefits: health care insurance, 401(k) retirement account, paid sick time, paid personal time off, paid parental leave.
The successful candidate’s starting salary will be determined based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as skills, experience, and geographic location within the state.
