As an Accounting Manager, you will manage the financial operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial regulations. Your expertise will be essential in preparing reports, conducting analyses, and overseeing the accounting team. We are looking for a leader who can drive financial efficiency and provide strategic insights to enhance our business operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily accounting practices, including accounts payable and receivable, ledger maintenance, and bank reconciliations.
- Prepare and present accurate financial reports, ensuring compliance with US GAAP regulations.
- Lead the month-end and year-end closing processes, including journal entries and reconciliation of financial statements.
- Support budgeting and forecasting efforts by providing thorough financial analysis and insights.
- Mentor and train junior accounting staff to foster their professional development.
- Coordinate with external auditors during audits and assist in implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Stay informed about changes in financial regulations and best practices to maintain compliance and enhance operations.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- CPA certification is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant accounting experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- In-depth knowledge of US GAAP and financial reporting.
- Strong proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Excellent analytical and organizational skills with a focus on accuracy.
- Proven ability to lead and develop a team effectively.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
